Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. For example, if you order a t-shirt, it will need 3-7 business days of customised time and then 15-20 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 18-27 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination, we offer free Shipping for orders over US $69.99.

Customs Duties

All import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be paid by customers referring to local custom policy.

Order Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent once the order is confirmed, and we will prepare your order immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us early and we will do our best to help.

Tracking Information

  • If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to investigate. We will not be responsible for lost packages with “delivered” tracking status.
  • After your package is shipped (after 3-7 business days processing time), please allow another 1-2 days for tracking information to update. Please feel free to contact us if the estimated delivery date has passed, or if you have any concerns regarding the shipping status.

Cancellation
